José María Soler and Jorge Eduardo Úbeda create Manufacturas Guerrero, a company in Atzeneta d’Albaida (Valencia) that manufactures textiles for cleaning.

Local woman help make the first mops under the Su and Delfos brands in their homes.
1975
Demand grows and the first machine is purchased for streamlining orders.
1980
Ubesol is born, specialised in manufacturing and selling textile products for household cleaning.
1995
Ubesol begins working as a Mercadona supplier.
1998
Thanks to the quality of our products, Mercadona chooses us to manufacture under the Bosque Verde brand.
2001
We become exclusive suppliers of Mercadona, now our only customer.
2002
Thanks to our expertise in textile materials, we start manufacturing wet wipes, purchasing the formulas from third parties. We open a new 11,200 m² plant and employ 67 workers.
2003
We start selling the four categories of wet wipes: baby, personal hygiene, cosmetic and home.
2006
With the goal of specialising in formulas for wet wipes and cosmetics, Ubesol acquires Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona, a company that develops and manufactures personal hygiene categories. Ubesol Group employs 294 workers.
2007
Construction begins on an automated logistics warehouse to improve logistical efficiency at our Atzeneta d’Albaida plants.
2009
Total success of the global launch of Stylius, the new line of hygiene and hair styling products on Mercadona shelves.
2010
Laboratorios Maverick purchases Suquinsa in San Fernando de Henares, a company that manufactures cosmetic products, to be closer to the logistics warehouses of our main client in the centre of the country.
2012
New plastic extrusion plant at Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona, reducing pollution from transport and the warehouse stock.
2014
Official opening of the Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona automated logistics warehouse, increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of production processes.
2016
In line with our values of innovation and efficiency, a team of more than 50 highly qualified experts in each of our categories is formed in the R&D+i department.
2017
Renovation of our headquarters to incorporate the “open space” concept.
2020
Grupo Ubesol begins Internationalisation, following the new Group Strategic Plan 2020-2025.
