Grupo Ubesol’s 6th Annual Assembly brought together the more than 1,000 people who make up the company across the three locations of our plants – Atzeneta d’Albaida (Valencia), Ulldecona (Tarragona), and San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) – to reflect on the successes of the past financial year and establish the objectives for 2025.
Our Executive Committee led the session, reviewing the main projects of the year and presenting the forecasts and strategic priorities for the coming year.
Throughout the day, we highlighted the progress made during a 2024 marked by growth.
On one hand, Jorge Úbeda, CEO of Grupo Ubesol, emphasised the importance of continuing to place the customer at the heart of all our decisions. Only by doing so is it possible to develop products of the highest quality – a promise that is part of Grupo Ubesol’s daily commitment.
José Manuel Soler, Deputy CEO and General Manager of People, also spoke during the Assembly. He underlined the need to continue refining our processes to increase efficiency and keep delivering excellent service.
We also shared progress on the strategic pillars of our 2020–2025 Strategic Plan, including the implementation of generative Artificial Intelligence in our operations, the growth of our team (with a 12% increase in staff, now exceeding 1,000 people), and the expansion of our work-life balance policies. We further highlighted our advances in the 2030 Sustainability Plan, based on ESG criteria, which reinforces our positive impact on the environment and society.
During the event, we also introduced our new Strategic Plan 2025–2027, a roadmap that builds on our core pillars, preserving their essence while incorporating slight adjustments to reflect the group’s current reality.
We are committed to continuing to attract and retain talent, improve production process efficiency, deepen AI integration, drive sustainability and innovation, and optimise our operating margins to confidently undertake the ambitious investment plan: nearly €100 million over the next three years, provided growth forecasts are met.
Once again, this Assembly -which concluded with our traditional Christmas lunch– was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, celebrate what we have achieved through teamwork, and continue building an innovative and sustainable future together.
